Here are the answers to the questions we get the most, from the festival's official information: the same base our assistant uses on every channel.

Tickets and entry

How old do I need to be?

16 is the minimum age. At 16 and 17 you can come without an adult. Under-16s aren't admitted, even with an adult. Your age is checked at the entrance against your ID.

Is my ticket in my name?

No. The name on the ticket isn't checked, only your age. So you can buy a ticket for someone else.

Can I leave and come back?

It depends on your ticket. With a 2-Day or 3-Day Pass, your wristband lets you go in and out as often as you like while the pass runs. With a day ticket, once you leave, you're out for the day. With an indoor camping pack, you come and go freely on the festival site.

Does my ticket include the indoor camping?

No festival ticket includes it, VIP included. Indoor camping packs, Classic or Premium, are booked separately, with your ticket or later.

I lost my tickets. Now what?

Go to TicketLive's lost tickets page and enter the email address you used to order. No access to that address any more? Email TicketLive customer service.

Can I get a refund?

Only if you added TicketPlan Protection when you bought. It refunds your ticket for reasons listed in the TicketLive terms, such as illness, injury or transport disruption. Without it, there's no refund.

Is a resale ticket safe?

We can't guarantee it. A PDF ticket can be sold several times, and only the first scan gets in. For a 100% valid ticket, buy only in the official ticket shop.

On the night

When do doors open?

  • Wednesday 30 December: doors at 5:30 pm, music from 6 pm to 6 am, last entry at 3 am.
  • Thursday 31 December: doors at 5 pm, music from 6 pm to 6 am, last entry at 3 am.
  • Friday 1 January: doors at 5 pm, music from 6 pm to 5 am, when the festival closes.

When do the set times come out?

In December, in the official festival app on the App Store and Google Play, with the map and the 3D map. Every act's night and stage is already on the line-up.

How do I pay on site?

By bank card at every bar, food and merch stand. Coming with cash? Buy a cashless card with it on site, or preload one ahead in the ticket shop.

Is there food on site?

Yes. Several bars and food stands run on the festival site, with vegetarian and vegan options. The indoor camping has its own food and breakfast areas.

Is there a bus from my city?

Buses leave from 51 cities in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland. Find yours on the bus page.

What to bring

Can I bring a water bottle?

Yes, an empty one. Free drinking water fountains on site let you refill it.

What's banned?

Alcohol and drinks, illegal drugs, glass bottles, Camelbaks, umbrellas, laser pointers, dangerous objects, cameras and GoPro-type video cameras, recording devices, bikes and scooters, and animals except guide dogs. The full list is in the FAQ.

Can I bring a camera?

No. Professional and compact cameras and GoPro-type video cameras are banned, except for accredited media who asked in advance. To shoot at the festival, see the photo and video routes in the FAQ.

Can I bring a suitcase?

It isn't banned, but leave it at home if you can: suitcases slow down the security checks at the entrance. A compact bag gets you in faster.

Who answers you

Am I talking to a human?

On every channel (Instagram, Messenger, the site chat and email), the festival's automated assistant answers first. It's an AI, available 24 hours a day, working from the festival's official information. The team takes over when a request needs it, especially for an order, a payment or access.
