Terms of sale
The rules that come with your ticket. They add to the terms of TicketLive, who sell the tickets for us.
Last updated 13 Oct 2026 · Version 1.0
Who's who
- We, the organiser: 12 Coups SRL, Rue des Roses 4, 1000 Brussels, Belgium, company number 0804.739.417, info@fcknyefestival.com.
- The seller: TicketLive, the ticketing service of Brussels Expo asbl, Place de Belgique 1, 1020 Brussels, company number 0406.655.573. TicketLive sells tickets in its own name on our behalf, through tickets.fcknyefestival.com.
- You: the person who buys or uses a ticket, pass, indoor camping pack, bus seat or cashless top-up.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to FCKNYE Festival tickets and passes, indoor camping packs and cashless top-ups, and to your visit to the festival and the indoor camping. They come on top of TicketLive's general terms of sale, which govern the purchase itself. Bus trips follow their operator's terms.
If the two texts differ on the purchase, TicketLive's terms apply. If they differ on the festival itself (entry, rules on site, indoor camping, changes to the event), these terms apply. Mandatory consumer law always comes first.
Buying
Buy only in the official ticket shop, tickets.fcknyefestival.com. Prices are set per wave, include VAT and are shown in the shop at the time you buy, together with any fees, before you pay. When a wave ends, its prices end with it: you can't buy at the price of a finished wave.
Payment methods are shown in the ticket shop. The French pass Culture isn't accepted, and paying in instalments isn't available.
Your ticket
There are day tickets and 2-day or 3-day passes, in Regular or VIP. A festival ticket doesn't include indoor camping, and an indoor camping pack or a bus ticket doesn't get you into the festival. What each ticket includes is on the Tickets page.
Each ticket code gets one person in. Only the first scan counts: any copy scanned after it is refused. Don't post your ticket online or share its code.
The name on the ticket isn't checked at the entrance; your age is. So you can buy for someone else, as long as they meet the age rule.
If you buy for someone else, share these terms with them: they apply to whoever uses the ticket.
Upgrades and changes
Only upgrades are possible, for example from Regular to VIP, or from a day ticket to a pass that includes that day. Ask TicketLive customer service at tickets@ticketlive.be; an admin fee per upgraded ticket applies, shown by TicketLive. Downgrades and date changes aren't possible.
No 14-day withdrawal
Festival tickets, passes and indoor camping packs are leisure services for specific dates. Under Belgian law (Code of Economic Law, article VI.53, 12°), there's no 14-day right of withdrawal for them, including when TicketLive sells them on our behalf. Once your order is confirmed, it's final.
Refunds
Tickets aren't refunded, except in the two cases below. A lost, stolen or unused ticket, a late arrival, or entry refused because you broke these terms doesn't give a refund.
- If we cancel the festival or one of its days: see the next section.
If the festival changes or is cancelled
The line-up, stages and timings can change. A change of artist or programme doesn't give a refund. We announce changes on this site and our official channels as soon as we can.
If a date moves, your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you can't make it, follow the instructions in our email before its deadline; after that, your ticket stays valid for the new date only.
Resale
Belgian law (law of 30 July 2013) bans reselling tickets as a habit or business, and reselling a ticket, even once, for more than you paid. Tickets offered against this rule can be cancelled without refund, and their holders refused entry.
There's no official resale platform for this edition. A ticket bought anywhere other than the official ticket shop can't be guaranteed: the same code may have been sold several times, and only the first scan gets in. To pass on your own ticket at or below the price you paid, check with TicketLive customer service first.
Age and ID
16 is the minimum age. At 16 and 17 you can come without an adult. Under-16s aren't admitted, even with an adult. Your age is checked at the entrance against your ID, so bring a valid one.
If you're under 18, you need the consent of a parent or guardian to buy a ticket.
Belgian law bans serving any alcohol to under-16s and spirits to under-18s. Bar staff may ask for your ID.
Getting in
Everyone goes through security checks at the entrance, bags included. If you refuse the check, you can't come in, and your ticket isn't refunded.
With a day ticket, once you leave, you can't come back in that day. With a 2-day or 3-day pass, your wristband lets you go in and out while the pass runs. With an indoor camping pack, you can come and go between the indoor camping and the festival site.
Security and our team can refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who puts others or themselves at risk, carries banned items, or harasses, threatens or attacks anyone. In that case, the ticket isn't refunded.
Rules on site
Banned at the festival: alcohol and drinks, illegal drugs, glass bottles, hydration packs, umbrellas and parasols, laser pointers, dangerous objects (sharp or blunt items, weapons, fireworks, anything that could be thrown), cameras and video cameras, recording devices, bikes and scooters, animals except guide dogs, and equipment such as gas bottles, stoves, barbecues, generators and sound systems. Empty water bottles are fine. The full list is in the FAQ.
Only accredited media who asked in advance can bring professional cameras. See the Press page.
Indoor camping
An indoor camping pack gives one pitch for one tent, shared by 1 to 4 people. The tent isn't provided: bring your own. The indoor camping opens on 30 December at noon and closes on 2 January at 4 pm; plan to leave before then. A pack doesn't get you into the festival: you also need a ticket or pass.
The indoor camping has its own rules: no sleeping without a tent, no fires or gas, no vehicles, limits on drinks, quiet from 3 am to 11 am in the rest areas. For safety, the organisers can move anything that blocks a fire lane or an emergency exit. The full rules are in the FAQ.
Paying on site
At the festival you pay by bank card or with a cashless card. You can preload a cashless card in the ticket shop: you get a QR code to swap for your card at any cashless desk.
Buses
Bus seats are sold in the ticket shop but run by their operators, under their own terms. Bookings, times, changes, cancellations, refunds, luggage, delays and lost items are handled by the operator of your departure, not by TicketLive or us. A missed bus isn't refunded. Contacts are on the Bus page.
Photos and filming
The festival and the indoor camping are photographed and filmed by our content team and accredited media. By coming, you accept that you may appear in these images and that 12 Coups SRL may use them to show and promote FCKNYE Festival, on any medium, worldwide and without payment.
Don't want to appear in a close-up? Tell the photographer on the spot, or write to info@fcknyefestival.com with the image: we'll stop using it in new material. Crowd shots and content already published may stay.
Your own phone photos are for personal use. Using them commercially needs our written consent.
Liability
We're responsible for organising the festival with care. We're not responsible for indirect loss, for the loss or theft of your belongings (use the lockers), or for damage caused by other festival-goers. Where we are liable, it's limited to direct damage, up to the price you paid.
These limits don't apply to death or personal injury, or to damage caused on purpose or by serious fault.
You're responsible for the damage you cause to the venue, the installations or other people.
Your data
TicketLive handles your order data under the Brussels Expo privacy policy (privacy@brussels-expo.com) and shares with us what we need to run the festival. What we do with it is in our Privacy policy.
Questions and disputes
Questions about an order go to TicketLive (tickets@ticketlive.be); questions about the festival go to Eve or our team. These terms are governed by Belgian law, and disputes go to the courts of Brussels, unless the law lets you, as a consumer, go to the courts where you live. You can also contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future sales. The version in force when you bought applies to your order, except for safety rules on site and changes required by law.
