Hysta b2b Yoshiko plays Count:Down on 1 January, the first day of 2027, inside the Teletech hosting. Our post of 5 October called them the hardcore queens.

Two queens in one booth

Hysta was born in France, Yoshiko in Italy, and both live in the Netherlands. They have shared a booth before, at Insane Festival. Kronos links them too, with “Monster” for Hysta and “Still Waiting” for Yoshiko.

Hysta's emblem is the wolf, and her merch reads “Born to go hard”. Yoshiko made “Bubblegum” with Dr Donk. Both know Brussels Expo: Hysta played FCKNYE Festival in 2022, 2023 and 2024, Yoshiko in 2025.

A hardcore set on the Teletech day

1 January belongs to Teletech on Count:Down, as in 2025. Around Hysta b2b Yoshiko the day runs on hard techno, trance and schranz, from NIKOLINA to SLVL. Hysta and Yoshiko bring uptempo and frenchcore to the main stage.

The music runs from 6 pm to 5 am on 1 January. You asked for more time. Use it.

Resolution next door

Resolution, the hardcore stage, runs at the same time with its own line-up, separate from the Teletech hosting. Outside 31 December, Resolution has been the hardcore room since 2023.

RDØ has history with Hysta: the two made “TOGETHER” and went b2b at Illusion in Grenoble in 2026. Behind RDØ is Reydo, a creator from Lille who explains hard music online, and every title slashes the O. The tagline says it: “Uptempo & Beyond”.

GPF call it “the Greaziest music in the world”, built on the piepkick, a very high-pitched kick. “The Piep Show” played Defqon.1 in 2022. With Dr Donk, who plays 31 December on Loud Machine with Russian Village Boys, they run “PIEP vs ZAAG”, a two-act show.

TerrorClown has pushed hardcore toward speedcore since 2007, under the slogan “NEW BREED OF TERROR”. Defqon.1 booked the clown in 2024, Thunderdome in 2025.

Dimitri K vs Lekkerfaces complete the stage, with MC Robs on the mic. The two are co-credited on the 2025 Sacrifice Day anthem.

Hardcore on every night

1 January is not the only hard night. On 30 December Angerfist plays Count:Down, while Resolution has Partyraiser b2b BULLETPROOF, Deadly Guns vs Miss K8 and Vernex vs Revenja.

Angerfist plays in a white hockey mask borrowed from “Friday the 13th”, and DJ Mag ranked him in its Top 100 every year from 2011 to 2023. Partyraiser and BULLETPROOF already shared the stage at Masters of Hardcore in 2019. Deadly Guns and Miss K8 have both written Dominator anthems.

On 31 December Dr. Peacock brings frenchcore to The Box. In 2019 he became the first act to play frenchcore at Qlimax. LIL TEXAS brings his Texcore to Count:Down, around 200 BPM.

Loud Machine runs The Dark Horror, DRS vs Sandy Warez and N-Vitral presents BOMBSQUAD. The Dark Horror and BOMBSQUAD already share a track, “Beat The Drum”, and Lekkerfaces is on The Dark Horror's “Psycho Mode”. Some of these sets will feel like a reunion.

Vernex makes frenchcore with titles like “Le Sashimi de Sanglier”, and Revenja has DJed since 1999. LunaKorpz vs Sandy Warez are on the bill too, their night still to be announced. LunaKorpz runs Wolvpack Recordings and signs off with “FULL MOON MODE ON”.

Count:Down or Resolution

On 1 January both stages run at the same time, so you will have choices to make. The set times, stage by stage, come in December in the official festival app. Until then, every act's night and stage is on the line-up.

Day tickets and passes are on the tickets page. The 3-Day Pass covers all three nights.
